All tours and services can be booked directly with
HAND IND HAND
TRAVEL Co. Ltd. and its
client (or "Client") and/or Agent (or
"Agent") agree that the terms and
conditions for the services provided by
Hand In Hand Travel Co to the Client,
whether on an individual or a tour basis
(or the "Services") shall be governed by
the General Booking Conditions set out
below and that the said General Booking
Conditions shall form an entire part of
the service contract, whether verbal or
written, entered into between
HAND IND HAND
TRAVEL Co. and the Client
PRICE AND VALIDITY
All prices quoted to the Client are on a net basis and in (US$)United
States Dollars and valid until 31
December 2004 Hand In Hand Travel
warrants that the prices or rates quoted
to the Client are correct at the time of
issuance of the Client's quotation
and/or invoice but are subject to change
in line with market, tax or currency
fluctuation, with or without prior
notice.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations are to be made to our office or to our appointed
General Sales Agent. Upon confirmation
of a reservation, a 30% (thirty per
cent) deposit is requested, and the
total package tour price for the
Services should be paid at least 30 days
(thirty days) prior to client's arrival
in Vietnam or starting date of the tour,
or otherwise
HAND IN HAND TRAVELCo. may at
their sole discretion cancel the
bookings without any refund of sums
already paid to HAND IN HAND TRAVEL by
the Client also HAND IN HAND TRAVEL
reserves the right to change any
arrangement (including tours,
programmed, prices and services) in the
best interest of its Client, with or
without prior notice.
PAYMENT
Except as otherwise agreed by HAND IN HAND TRAVEL Co.,LTD,
Client's payment shall be executed by
cash, credit card or traveler's cheques.
Except for cash payment, a service
charge may apply. In cases where credit
facilities have been agreed with the
Client, payment shall be executed by
swift or telegraphic transfer to the
appropriate HAND IN HAND TRAVEL bank
account. Any bank charges levied by the
sending bank relating to transfers to
HAND IN HAND TRAVEL must be paid by
the Client
PAYMENT BY TRANSFER THROUGH THE BANK TO
OUR A/C AT LEAST 30% ADVANCE TOTAL OF
YOUR TRIP

CANCELLATION
Charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by
HAND IN HAND TRAVEL but if hotels,
carriers and other contractors apply
charges for cancellation, the
Client/Agent shall be liable to pay
those charges HAND IN HAND TRAVEL
Co.,LTD.
LIABILITY
HAND IN HAND TRAVEL always
undertakes everything within its power
to exceed the Clients' expectation in
terms of quality and value. The
understanding is that HAND IN HAND
TRAVEL acts as intermediary between the
Client and airlines, hotels, transport
operators, local tourist offices
providing services to the Client.
HAND IN HAND TRAVEL shall in no
event be liable to the Client by reason
of unsatisfactory services provided to
the Client by third parties or by way of
indemnity, for any loss, injury, delay,
change in schedule or other adverse
events beyond the control of HAND IN
HAND TRAVEL. The Client warrants
that HAND IN HAND TRAVEL shall
not be responsible and liable for
additional expenses and/or damages
incurred due to any delay, accidents,
natural disaster, political action or
unrest.
