On arrival at Po Chen Tong Airport , you are met
and transferred to hotel. Phnom Penh was once
considered the loveliest city of Indochina.
Despite its recent turbulent history, it still
maintains considerable charm. A city tour
acquaints us with its major sights. We visit the
National Museum for an appreciation of the
splendour of Khmer history, the Royal Palace,
the sacred monument of Silver Pagoda, which is
well known for its 5000 silver tiled floor, the
Central Market, and Wat Phnom, topped with a
huge stupa as well as Buddhist temple . O/N in

Day 2: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap ( by Express
boat) (B /-/-)
After breakfast, we transfer out to
visit the Tuol Sleng Prison Museum and
the notorious ‘Killing Fields’ of
Choeung Ek, which both provides a deep
insight into the painful bloody rule of
the Khmer Rouge. and transfer to
Express Boat station for Siem Reap. On
arrival, you are met and transferred to

Day 3: Siem Reap visit Angkor
Temple

The town of Siem Reap is our base for visiting
the world famous temples of the ancient city
Angkor, which was the capital of the powerful
Khmer Empire from 802 AD to 1350 AD. After
checking into hotel, we drive to the
archeological area to visit the South Gate of
Angkor Thom, famous for its series of colossal
human faces carved in stone, the impressive
Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas,
the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the
Leper KingThe temple of Ta Prohm, with
enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers
embracing themselves in the stone foundations
of the structure giving the impression of
man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful
forces of nature is an incredible sight. We
explore this masterpiece as well as its
surrounding temples of Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong,
Ta Keo, Thommanon, Chau Say Tevado. The grand
circuit including Preah Khan, the Kravan, Neak
Pean, Krol Ko, Ta Som, East Mebon, Pre Rup
Temple is also visited, this afternoon before
we walk up to Phnom Bakheng Hill for a view of
the spectacular sunset over these sandstone

Day 4: Siem Reap (B /-/-)
Heading out of the town, we explore some
outlying sights including the Preah Dark
village , the intricately carved and well
preserved temple of Banteay Srei, the River of
1000 Lingas, locally named Kbal Spean and the
Banteay Samre Temple, with its impressive
reliefs depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as
Krishna legends. We also have time, today
seeing the grand circuit with Preah Khan, the
Kravan, Neak Pean, Krol Ko, Ta Som, East Mebon,
Pre Rup Temple and strolling around the town

Day 5: Siem Reap - Departure

The shallow Tonle Sap is one of the largest of
Southeast Asia’s natural water bodies. Today
we have an opportunity to enjoy a short boat
excursion, exploring Tonle Sap Lake. The
experience is wonderful as we pass by floating
village, friendly children in small boats and
fishermen pulling in morning catch. This
excursion is all depending on your departure
time. The trip ends after your transfer to
Siem Reap Airport for departure. (B)
